The Recruiter will screen, interview, and recommend prospective employees for employment in entry-level and experienced technical positions. Along with that the recruiter will help determine the optimum recruitment methods to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool.
Position may assist with recruiting qualified Dentists and Hygienists.
This person may assist in developing long-term goals and strategic objectives for Dental Depot.
Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information.
Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to recruiting activities.
Conduct appropriate background screening processes to determine candidates .
Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
Attend job fairs and other recruitment trade shows as a representative of Dental Depot. Some Saturday’s may be required.
Maintain and update job descriptions.
Create job postings from job descriptions ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notify eligible workers of position availability.
Select applicants meeting specified job requirements and refer them to hiring personnel.
Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them.
Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.
Administer and score applicant and employee aptitude, personality, and interest assessment instruments.
Work with hiring managers to keep recruiting process effective.
Develop and implement strategic staffing initiatives including staffing forecasting and strategic planning.
Maintain and develop relationships with company leaders and vendors.
May prepare offer packages, prepare rejection letters, and conduct prescreen interviews.
Tracking and reporting key metrics to measure staffing activity.
Assist with new employee orientation.
Maintain an organizational chart.
Complies with: Dental Depot policies and procedures; OSHA policies, procedures, rules, and regulations; and HIPAA policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Position may be required to relocate to other Dental Depot clinics either permanently or on a short term basis due to office needs, on an as needed basis at the discretion of Management.
This position may complete other Administrative and Maintenance tasks as assigned by Management.
2+ years of recruiting experience
Associates Degree preferred
